We ship all jewellery items Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force. This ensures it will be with you next day before 1pm and all items are fully insured. All delivery on jewellery is free.

We will send you confirmation of postage as well as a tracking number so you can track your item.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a full no quibble, money back guarantee on all online purchases. You must contact us within seven days to discuss a return or an exchange, and return the item within fourteen days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the condition you received it in order to receive a full refund. The only cost to you would be the return shipping and insurance.
RING RESIZING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that as the ring will have been altered to your specifications once sized it can no longer be returned. You will not be covered by the consumer contracts legislation. If you are in any doubt I am happy for you to buy and ring and once you are happy that it is the ring for you, you can send it back to be resized. We will then return it to you within 7 to 10 days at the size you specify for free. As you can see we are always open and honest about our service your rights. Be wary of other sellers who will not tell you this information.
