Sizing and alteration policy
Please be aware that as the ring will have been altered to your specifications once sized it can no longer be returned. You will not be covered by the consumer contracts legislation. If you are in any doubt I am happy for you to buy and ring and once you are happy that it is the ring for you, you can send it back to be resized. We will then return it to you within 7 to 10 days at the size you specify for free. As you can see we are always open and honest about our service your rights. Be wary of other sellers who will not tell you this information.
